Despite all the hair trigger, rapid-fire puns, Ike is quite the decorated designer and Creative Director. For nearly 20 years, he’s enjoyed a steady climb up the creative ladder and has developed his craft working with some of the best-known brands which include Chiquita, ConAgra Foods, Paramount, Cedar Fair, LexisNexis and Teradata.

Michael is a leader with over 25 years of diverse experience in theme park/resort development, operation, retail, marketing, design, profit growth and strategic planning for such brands as Anheuser-Busch Theme Parks and most recently Project Manager for Schlitterbahn Vacation Village in Kansas City. Wow, he’s pretty busy.

Andrew is a charismatic charmer and full-time business match-maker with an extensive collection of experienced skillsets. Considered the metaphysical guide by some and acquisition guru by many, he has blossomed into the arms of U! Creative with the ideology that two heads are truly better than one.

With more than 25 years of brand diagnosis, Clancy has spent time inside the heads of P&G and Nike and soul-searching for brands like T-Mobile and Microsoft Zune. He has developed a couch-side manner that enables brands to express their true identity. Move over Frasier, the doctor is in.

Art Director, Perspiration Technician
This white-space loving, chicken-eating fiend has truly set himself apart in a digital design world by merging his passion for traditional illustration and perfecting his unique styles/techniques. He’s developed campaigns for Burton Snowboards, Monster Cable, Beloved Virus and Roland. He also hates cake. Who hates cake?

Art Director, Transformers Hoarder
There’s more to Jay than just being a caffeine connoisseur. His career was jump-started when Step Inside Design magazine bestowed on him both their “One to Watch” and “Best Illustration for Print” awards. Since then he’s worked with brands like The Pub and Lynda.com We wanted to reshoot Jay’s photo, but ain’t nobody got time for that.

Director of New Media + Logistics, Part-Time Zombie
Lisa got her degree in 2009 and was one of the top students in her class. She has impressed many design professionals and clients, such as Family Force 5 and Beloved Virus, with not only her design skills, but also with her innovation and conceptual thinking. And her Facebook page says she loves pygmy goats and hates wearing shoes. Hmmm.

Jeremy has run the gamut in his 20+ year career with design knowledge and experience in print, web, photography, eCommerce, PPC, audio production, songwriting, and video. His skills have paired him with clients across the board from Google, YouTube, P&G, The World-Famous Harlem Globetrotters and Stryper. When he's not shredding on guitar, he's always up for a challenge and a team player.

And after spending most of his life making movies and studying film and filmmakers, Corinthian is now leaving his mark by filming some of the best brands and people in the country. While also utilizing social media to help create video content that connects with U!

After a half-decade hiatus of pondering the cosmos and “finding himself", the big lug has returned home. Chris has concepted and designed for brands such as The Home Depot and Harley Davidson. With a smile on his face and a song in his heart, he’s always ready to get down to business. Just, don’t poke the bear—distract him with sushi.

Nate is an efficient, versatile designer who is easy to work with. Nate boasts a long list of satisfied clients, ranging from folk bands in New York to barbershops in Thailand. He is also a retired beard champion, former reality TV star, and avid storyteller, who knows a lot of ways to choke a person. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll tap out.

If Lauren isn’t knee-deep in DIY projects, she’s out cultivating awesomeness, pinteresting interior design moodboards like the world is ending, and transforming spaces into experiences that uproot the ordinary and familiar. Magnolia is her muse, and her main focus is her faith. She’s down-to-earth, she's got guts, and she always aims to bring new life to any environment she works in – including our workplace.

Copywriter, Social Farmer
When she's not adding to her myriad of word lists, Kimberly can be found writing blurbs of social content the word galaxy has never seen the likes of. Since winning her first creative writing award, she has skyrocketed through the outer worlds, traversing black holes of uncharted jargon, and reaching implausible heights, before landing on planet U!.

Director of Operations, Furniture Assembly Tech
When she’s not providing status reports, monitoring pricing or assisting with large project marketing plans, Ashleigh can be found relaxing with a good book or doing some freehand drawing. But she arrives and leaves work in a gold helicopter that lands on our roof, so we’re not quite sure what else she does in her off time. She also carries a sword.

Operations Coordinator / Green-Thumbed Seafarer
What makes Cyndi such a talented Operations Coordinator? Maybe it's her keen organizational skills. Or her insane attention to detail. More likely though it's the fact that she's raising 4 whole kids (5 if you count her husband)! Whatever the reason, she continues to show that she's a team player and is dedicated to giving everyone her best.

An award-winning graphic designer and creative strategist by trade, Marinella is a closet rockstar and total renaissance woman on the side. Ever met someone who can balance 50 plates in one hand, juggle 50 emails with the other, all while flawlessly rocking a solo guitar riff on roller skates? We have, and she also heads our west coast office at U!LA.

Jerritte is a ninja. No really. Grappling hook, split-toed shoes, the real deal, and an expert in both Human Factors Psychology and Computer Science. Even with a decade of interactive experience and published work in the International Journal of Human-Computer Interaction, you’ll still find him dragging his knee around tight curves on his ZX-6R.

After becoming a certified Scrum Master, Titus decided to take his skills a step further and train in Jiujitsu. Really. When he's not tackling thorny web development problems, he's tackling opponents on the mat. Titus also plays violin, and he's going to EMT School. In short, you want this guy on your side, whether you're in need of some WordPress help, or alone at night in a sketchy part of the city.
